A short note on what happens to the data you leave

This policy explains in plain language what data is collected, why, who else sees it and how to have it deleted. The consents you give in the forms and bots are on a separate page, Data processing consent.
An enquiry about a performance. Where from: the form on the Booking page (it composes an e-mail in your own mail app — nothing is sent automatically), the Telegram bot, the VK community bot. What: name, phone and e-mail (in the bots — whichever contact you give), the event date or a note that it is not decided yet, format and venue of the event, the text of your message; in the bots — your Telegram or VK user name and ID. Why: to get back to you and arrange the performance. Basis — your consent. Period — as long as needed for the enquiry, but no longer than 3 years after your last contact, or until consent is withdrawn.
A review of a performance. Where from: the form on the Reviews page. What: name or pseudonym (a review can also be published without a name), event format, rating, review text. Why: to publish the review on the website — it appears straight after sending. Basis — consent to processing and a separate consent to publication on the terms you chose in the form. Period — as long as the review is published or until consent is withdrawn.
Website and bot statistics. The site's own counter records which pages are opened and where visitors came from (including utm tags in the address), device type, language and clicks on the main buttons. The bot counter records which menu sections are opened. No IP addresses, cookies or persistent visitor identifiers are collected — these statistics cannot tell who you are.
Google. Enquiries from the bots, reviews and statistics are kept in Nikolai's Google Sheets; e-mails from the Booking form arrive at a Gmail mailbox.
Cloudflare. The bots, the review intake and the statistics counter run on Cloudflare servers — data passes through them on its way to the spreadsheet.
Telegram and VK. Bot conversations are stored by these services on their own terms.
GitHub Pages. Hosting for the website pages. Form data does not pass through it.
Data is not sold and is not passed on to third parties for their own purposes, including advertising.
The site's own statistics work without cookies and without IP addresses: they use only the browser tab storage, which is cleared when the tab is closed.
Yandex.Metrica has been prepared on the site but is not switched on yet. Before it is switched on, a cookie consent request will appear on the site and this policy and the Cookies page will be extended.
At any time you may find out what data about you is stored; ask for it to be corrected; withdraw consent and ask for the data to be deleted completely; withdraw consent to publication of a review — the review is then taken down.

Time limits. A reply within 10 working days of your request. If more time is needed, this may be extended by no more than 5 working days, with the reason explained. After consent is withdrawn, processing stops and the data is deleted within 30 days unless the law requires keeping it longer.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may complain to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or go to court.
On request or when the storage period ends, the rows with your data are deleted from the spreadsheets together with the enquiry correspondence; a published review is taken down. We confirm deletion in reply to your request.
