Consent to the processing of personal data and to publishing a review
Version of 2 October 2026.
By ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data” in the enquiry or review form on show-balashov.ru, or by confirming the enquiry in the Telegram bot or the VK community bot, you freely, of your own will and in your own interest give Nikolai Aleksandrovich Balashov (a private individual, hereinafter the operator) consent to process your personal data on the terms below.
Data: name; phone number and e-mail address (in the bots — whichever contact you give); the event date or a note that it is not decided yet; format and venue of the event; the text of your message; in the bots — your Telegram or VK user name and ID.
Purpose: to get back to you about the enquiry and arrange the performance; for the review form — also to publish the review (publication needs the separate consent below).
Operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, deletion and destruction — with and without automated means.
Period: as long as the data is needed for the enquiry, but no longer than 3 years after your last contact — or until you withdraw consent, if earlier.
How to withdraw: write to balashov.show.ru@gmail.com or call +7 911 913-83-74. The operator will stop processing and delete the data within 30 days unless the law requires keeping it longer.
The checkbox in the form is never pre-ticked — consent is given only by your own action.
This is a separate consent (Article 10.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”). It is given by ticking “I consent to publishing my review on this website” in the form on the Reviews page and is needed only from people who leave a review.
Operator: Nikolai Aleksandrovich Balashov. Purpose: publishing your review on show-balashov.ru.
Data published: your name or a pseudonym — your choice — or the review is published without a name, signed “Guest”; the review text; rating; event format; date.
You set the conditions and restrictions in the review form: which name to publish under and whether the review may be used outside the website (social media, posters, newsletters). If you forbid use outside the website, this restriction is shown next to the review.
Whatever you choose, published data is not passed on to third parties for their own purposes.
Period: as long as the review is published or until consent is withdrawn. How to withdraw: write or call using the contacts above — the review will be taken down. Silence or inaction does not count as consent.
The consents are given separately. Declining consent to publish a review does not prevent you from sending an enquiry.
